Fritt Forlag (meaning 'Free' Publishing House) prides itself in it's range of norwegian fact and fiction books.

Our fact books are written by authorities in the field and give the reader a thorough insight into the subject. Our fiction books get the reader to think about - and perhaps provoke thought about their perceptions of the world, society and life.

Above all, we try to publish books that contain quality, important stories or subjects.

Fritt Forlag supports the Foreningen for Omplassering av dyr (a home and relocation project for animals) and  Amnesty International.

We are also members of the norwegian publishing union.
